Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Firmware Engineering specializing in Embedded C, UFS/eMMC to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing firmware for storage devices, with a focus on UFS and eMMC technologies.

Design, develop, and maintain firmware for embedded storage systems using Embedded CImplement and optimize UFS and eMMC protocols for various storage devicesCollaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware componentsDebug complex firmware issues and develop efficient solutionsPerform code reviews and maintain high coding standards within the teamStay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in storage technologiesMentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growthParticipate in all phases of the firmware development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support

QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field2+ years of experience in firmware engineering, with a focus on Embedded C programmingStrong expertise in UFS and eMMC storage technologiesProven track record of successful firmware development projectsIn-depth knowledge of embedded systems and low-level hardware interactionsExcellent debugging and troubleshooting skillsProficiency with version control systems, preferably GitStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience with other storage technologies is a plusAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
