**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Maintain and enhance existing electronic products to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
+ Provide expert technical support to production and customer service teams in resolving electronic-related issues.
+ Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to electronic circuits and systems in existing products.
+ Propose and implement design modifications to improve product reliability and manufacturability.
+ Evaluate and qualify alternate components for obsolete or end-of-life parts, ensuring compatibility and performance.
+ Update and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and troubleshooting guides.
+ Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and other departments to support product lifecycle activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Lead and manage sustaining projects, including coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines to achieve project goals.
+ Ensure quality of deliverables by performing in-depth technical review.
+ Give direction on EMI/EMC testing for product certification and compliance purpose.
+ Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in embedded systems engineering.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.
+ Provide training and support to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
+ Ensure products meet all relevant regulatory and safety standards through testing and certification processes.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electronics engineering, with a focus on sustaining engineering and product support.
+ Proficiency in electronic circuit design, simulation, and analysis tools (e.g., Altium, SPICE).
+ Experience with PCB layout and design.
+ Strong understanding of analog and digital circuitry, power electronics, and embedded systems.
+ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems and implement effective solutions.
+ Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., RED, LVD, RoHS, UL, CE, ATEX, etc.).
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information.
+ Demonstrated experience with debugging tools and techniques, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Prior experience in the industrial automation or control systems industry.
+ Experience with firmware development and programming languages (e.g., C/C++).
