**About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Senior Engineer, Costing** to join our team in Indonesia. This role is critical in driving cost efficiency and supporting product development through accurate and strategic costing practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and finance to ensure cost targets are met without compromising quality or innovation. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and analyze product cost breakdowns for apparel and footwear categories. + Collaborate with design, development, and sourcing teams to provide cost insights during product creation. + Evaluate material usage, labor, overhead, and manufacturing processes to identify cost-saving opportunities. + Support vendor negotiations with accurate cost data and benchmarking. + Maintain and update costing databases and tools. + Conduct cost simulations and scenario planning for new product introductions. + Ensure compliance with internal costing standards and audit requirements. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. + Minimum 5–7 years of experience in costing within the apparel or footwear industry. + Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and costing software/tools. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working with global brands or manufacturers. + Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. + Knowledge of sustainability and cost implications in materials and production. **Why Join Us?** We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in the apparel and footwear industry.
