**Position Summary** As a Senior Engineer of Commercialization for Equipment and Packs, you will lead the transformation of innovative designs into commercially viable, high-performance products. Operating from one of VF’s key manufacturing regions and embedded within strategic vendor partnerships, you will serve as a senior technical authority and cross-functional leader, ensuring that product intent is preserved while optimizing for manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and quality. You will drive early-stage engagement with design, development, and sourcing teams, embedding best-in-class commercialization practices throughout the product lifecycle.
