= Objectives =
• Build application expertise center for institutional cleaning.
• Especially for fiber recycling solutions, food service and Kitchen hygiene, food beverage processing
• Be responsible regional customer support on their innovation activities and technical support
• Provide technical support of recycling solutions to market and customers and scouting of new technologies and blend recommendations based on EMU product and R&D project portfolio

= Main Tasks =
Technical service & customer support
• Develop and lead local customer projects (Market Measures) to support business development in alignment with AP strategies as well as sales teams I&I for recycling applications
• Understand the AP key customers’ needs and manage technical activities with key customers to drive customers’ innovation together with sub-regional responsible technical colleagues
• Provide lab application test for quality issue, technical inquiries in Greater China, support whenever needed and connect with application expertise center for technical solutions
• Develop and provide technical training measures, presentations and supporting materials
• Key interfaces: Customers, local sales, PM



= Job Requirements =
• Bachelor or Master chemistry/industrial & applied chemistry/physical chemistry or related areas
• Minimum 5 years’ for Bachelor and 3 years for Master in relevant working experience in technical service (product development & customer trouble shooting) for institutional care or similar related working field with 8 years experiences
• Ability to quickly understand market / customers technologies, team working, effective communication and collaboration skills under the multicultural environments, people management.
• Fluent English speaking & Writing
