Discover what it's like to be part of our team in Taiwan! **What you will do:** 負責建築空調與控制系統（含DDC系統）之現場維護、調整與小型專案執行，並能帶領技術人員完成日常維運與緊急應變。需具備現場實作經驗與系統邏輯判讀能力，能獨立應對現場狀況，並統籌施工品質與進度。• 樓宇管理系統之現場操作、維護與調整：涵蓋空調、機電及控制系統 + Siemens DDC 控制器參數設定、圖控介面繪製與邏輯撰寫/修改 + 設備量測與能耗分析：包含電力流向、HVAC 系統耗能與建築能源模擬等 + 專案規劃與執行：控制系統設計、材料送審、現場施工、試車調校與驗收 + 現場工班管理與工法監督，並指導技術人員分工執行 + 協助辦理現場查驗、進度估驗、材料調度與施工協調 + 執行駐地維運工作：包含日常維護、感測器與控制器更換、緊急故障處理與文書紀錄管理 + 配合主管推動節能改善與維運效能優化工作 **What we are looking for:** + 大專院校電機、機械、能源冷凍空調相關科系畢業 + 具5年以上空調或控制系統現場施工與維運實務經驗 + 熟悉控制邏輯與空調系統圖、能獨立作業並處理現場突發狀況 + 具 AutoCAD 圖面閱讀與基礎繪圖能力 + EPC建置經驗優先錄用 **What you will get:** + Impact of innovating technology with purpose + An inclusive and diverse culture where you can be yourself + Opportunities of continuous learning and development + Competitive salary and benefits + Work Life balance- flexible work environment and hours **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:** We value your unique identity and perspective.
