YOUR ROLE

 

Working from our Rydalmere office, on Dharug land, your role purpose will be:

Ability to lead end-point technology transformations and solutions with a customer-focused approach.Highly skilled in complex Windows 10/11 setup, environment and support across thousands of hardware devices.In-depth Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune packaging, and Azure tools.Experience with cybersecurity governance such as Essential 8 or ISM.Experience with patching governance and managing group policy.Strong scripting knowledge and the ability to automate various tasks.Great at solving problems and fixing technical issues efficiently.Able to manage projects, stay organised, and communicate clearly.

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Understands DevOps and lean ways of working to keep systems running smoothly.Good at mentoring and supporting teammates.IT qualifications, and ITIL or Microsoft certifications are highly regardedComfortable working across different systems and platforms.Monitoring DEM tools such as Riverbed Aternity or Nexthink, and MacOS experience is highly desirable.

 

AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
