Senior Emulation Engineer
**About the Job You're Considering** We are seeking an experienced Emulation Engineer with hands-on expertise in Zebu platforms. **Your Role** **As an Emulation Engineer, you will:** + Port ASIC and IP RTL code to emulation platforms (Zebu). + Build models from released RTL. + Generate loadable image(s) for the target emulation platform. + Run sanity tests to qualify the release of the image(s). + Release emulation models to teams involved in functional validation, firmware development, and design verification. + Assist in debugging failures by providing instrumented models and captured waveforms from the emulation model. + Coordinate with EDA and third-party tool teams to validate implementation flows. **Your Skills and Experience** + Minimum 2 years of experience in emulation (Zebu) using SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL. + At least 2 years of experience porting ASIC/IP RTL to emulation platforms (Zebu). + Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting languages such as TCL, Python, C , and C-shell. + Experience with logic simulation tools like VCS. + Strong understanding of the complete design cycle and integration of various IP designs. + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or Associate’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience. **Preferred Skills** + Solid knowledge of SoC design methodologies and the complete design validation cycle. + Familiarity with key protocols such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, AMBA, UART, JTAG, I3C, DDR, and flash memories. + Experience with CPU integration, especially ARM or RISC-V architectures. + Understanding of CoreSight/UltraSoC debug infrastructure integration. + Familiarity with I/O interfaces like MIPI CSI & DSI, USB, PCIe, and LPDDR. + Experience with bare-metal code in SoC environments. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
