The Senior Employee Relations Analytics and Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing TJX employee experience by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic leadership. They will lead and develop the team that oversees various programs and processes, using HR data analytics to proactively identify opportunities, strategize solutions, and provide insight/resources to HR partners to better support employees, improve engagement, and reinforce the Company’s cultural values. With a strong focus on collaboration, this position builds cross-functional relationships, oversees comprehensive reporting strategies, and supports critical Employee Relations functions. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment. This is a hybrid position based in our Framingham, MA offices.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Source, compile, and interpret key business data that impact the employee experienceIdentify, design, and perform statistical analyses and make recommendations on complex employee experience issuesCreate data visualizations that make complex data easier to understand, and package the data story into a polished presentation for Leadership reviewDevelop and leads strategies to support team innovation, technology integration, process improvement, and collaboration in the Employee Relations space.Develop strategy and execution of all Employee Relations reporting Coach and guide HR/ER leaders on future trends of ER as well as the overall employee experienceLead and prioritize work for the Employee Experience Team to include, but not limited to: Internal support programs, Service Awards, and programs that impact the employee experienceManage members of the Employee Experience team, providing coaching, guidance, and career developmentEstablish and lead administrative and logistical strategies that align with ER Center of Expertise (COE) priorities and individual growth for Employee Experience teamBuild close relationships with TJX departments and functional areas to support the employee experienceTake an active role in all areas of Employee Relations to include lending support on workplace investigations, pulse checks, and other critical processesSpecial projects as assigned

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience5-7 years of human resources/Employee Relations experience, with at least 2 years direct team leadership3 years data analytics/reporting experienceProven record of delivering actionable business insights, reporting, and story tellingOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret complex data sets, build actionable insights, and present findings clearlyExperience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, ServiceNow) and data integrationMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency with advanced expertise in ExcelStrong interpersonal skills, with team orientation, and the ability to collaborate, partner and build effective working relationships with internal partnersProven learning agility, critical thinking, and strategic mindsetDeveloped communication, organization, and strategic planning skillsOutstanding attention to detail and solution-driven problem-solving abilityAbility to multitask and adjust to competing priorities in a fast pace, dynamic work environment

This position has a starting salary range of $113,600.00 to $147,700.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
