As the Senior Service Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company’s service revenue across key markets. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand market share and revenue targets. Your expertise in selling Service will be crucial in expanding the company's presence and meeting customer needs across the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the diverse markets, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for service offerings in the region
+ Identify and evaluate market opportunities, focusing on long-term service growth and expansion
+ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry
+ Lead contract negotiations and manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
+ Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for service offerings in new and existing markets
+ Collaborate with the product and service development teams to align offerings with market demands
+ Work with marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive service adoption
+ Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue, Attach rates, and market share
+ Use CRM tools and analytics to drive informed decisions and optimize sales strategies
+ Adjust sales plans based on performance data and performance
+ Collaborate with product sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure the services align with customer expectations and business goals.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
+ 8+ years of experience in sales management and leading teams with a focus on selling Service in the region
+ Proven success in driving sales growth and expanding service market share
+ Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
+ Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
+ Willingness to travel within the region.
