Senior EMEA Recruiter
Responsibilities Make an impact Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes, performing initial screening telephone interviews and conducting interviews, collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs across different business units, utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent for a variety of roles, analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and deliver insights to stakeholders. Application Requirements What you need to succeed • a University or College degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field of study,• minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and engaging candidates,experience in EMEA sourcing and recruitment, including on the agency side across various sectors• fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills,• proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions in a fast-paced environment,• exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
