Pay Rate: $38.46 - $62.50 / hour Duties: + Provides overall management in all phases of construction for one or more Data Center electrical projects and develops new business opportunities relative to a particular Client, group of Clients or geographical area. + Manages projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. + Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy. + Represents company in project meetings and assists in labor negotiations, strategy meetings. + Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintains good relationship with clients. + Manages the project team to ensure that project delivery meets the expectations of the client as well as IES. + Performs takeoffs and price change orders and project related quotes. + Works closely with the Project Executive to ensure accurate tracking and financial reporting. + Work required to be performed at the Project Site. . Position Requirements: **Qualifications** + 8 or more years electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects $20-$100M including mission critical, ground-up construction, and remodeling. + Bachelor's Degree engineering or construction management preferred + Data Center experience is required. + Hyperscale Data Center experience preferred. + Valid Electrical License on the Journeyman or Master level strongly preferred. + Proficient computer, communications (oral and written), and interpersonal skills. + Detailed understanding of electrical estimating, budgeting, scheduling and project tracking. + Detailed understanding of billing and financial reporting. + Business knowledge of vendors in respective electrical construction industry. + Proficient in Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, P6 and other industry standard software. + Ability to travel as required. + Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check.
