**Senior Electrical Engineer – Power Electronics**
We’re looking for an experienced **Electrical Engineer** to design, test, and qualify power electronics and circuit board designs for aerospace and defense applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in PCB design, analog/digital circuits, and power conversion who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through qualification.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Review customer technical requirements and translate them into electrical design solutions.
+ Design and analyze PCBs for power supplies, battery chargers, and battery management circuits.
+ Develop and validate electrical architectures within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
+ Lead product qualification testing to meet standards such as DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704, and MIL-STD-461.
+ Write and execute test plans, procedures, and reports (ATP, test documentation).
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on both new and existing products.
+ Use simulation tools (Matlab, PSPICE) to model and validate design concepts.
+ Support system integration and testing of hardware and software.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ **Education:** BSEE (required), MSEE preferred.
+ **Experience:** 7–10 years in PCB electrical design (power electronics preferred).
+ Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuits and PWM control for AC/DC and DC/DC conversion.
+ Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, DAQs, etc.).
+ Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot effectively.
+ Familiarity with embedded systems (C/C++, assembly) is a plus.
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Pay Details:** $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
