We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our site in Dumbarton. responsible for managing the development and lifecycle of both new and existing products, combining market-driven product management with hands-on engineering design.

What you’ll do:

Lead the design and development of new products and enhancements to existing onesTranslate market needs into technical specifications and product requirementsApply engineering principles to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturabilityConduct feasibility studies, failure analysis, and implement design improvementsOversee prototype development, testing, and validationSupport manufacturing, testing, and operations teams with technical guidanceSupport the improvement of HSE performance via product design and operational guidance, ensuring safety is given top priority.Provide support and mentorship for team members

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in electrical product design and developmentStrong understanding of engineering principles, testing, and validationExperience managing moderately complex projects with minimal oversightDegree in Electrical Engineering
