Job Description Senior Electrical Engineer - Based in Victoria, BC

We're looking for someone with strong technical ability and practical experience in ship design or shipyard environments.

Are you ready to apply your electrical engineering skills to complex marine projects across a range of vessel types, from workboats to large ferries?

Can you take a project from concept through to final implementation, whether it's a small system installation or a full vessel refit?

Do you hold a degree in electrical engineering and either a P.Eng. in British Columbia or an EIT designation?

Have you worked on refit or new build projects, ideally with over 10 years in a design office or shipyard?

Are you comfortable using ACAD and Microsoft Office, and open to travelling for ship surveys, including in tight or confined spaces?

Familiarity with BC’s marine industry is an asset, but what matters most is your ability to deliver reliable, practical design solutions and to stay current with evolving technologies.
