Lead and manage the EDIFECS installation, configuration, and overall system working conditions.
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Edifecs Healthcare 9.x suite for healthcare payer systems.
Create and update EDI maps, guidelines, and profiles (XML, DFF, PFF) for transactions such as 837, 834, 835, and 820 using Edifecs tools like SpecBuilder, MapBuilder, and EAM.
Develop and configure EDI process flows aligned with business rules and functional logic.
Collaborate closely with client Architects and Technical Project Managers to define architecture, implementation strategy, and project schedules.
Interact with clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Mentor and train internal teams on EDIFECS products and best practices.
Handle technical documentation, presentations, and communicate complex technical solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Support EDI product upgrades, assess technical and business impacts, and deliver appropriate solutions.
Manage Agile project deliverables, participate in sprint planning, and manage code repositories (Git).
Must-Have Skills:Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with EDIFECS products (Healthcare 9.x suite).
Strong understanding and working knowledge of EDI X12 transaction sets: 837 I/P/D, 835, 834, 820, 270/271, 278, 277, 275, 997, 999.
Strong proficiency in Edifecs tools: SpecBuilder, MapBuilder, EAM.
Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong experience in Agile delivery methodology and Git version control.
Deep knowledge of healthcare payer systems and EDI transaction flows.
Expertise in EDI process mapping, business rules creation, and system configuration.
Good-to-Have Skills:Experience interacting with clients on solution design and architecture discussions.
Background in software development/implementation life cycles.
Previous mentoring or training experience with internal teams.
Ability to assess technical challenges during product upgrades and propose mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with external systems (advantageous).
