Summary:
We’re looking for a data-savvy, customer-centric Senior eCommerce Product Analyst to join our digital product team. You’ll play a key role in helping optimize our end-to-end eCommerce experience—from browsing and checkout to post-purchase interactions like shipping and returns.
As a trusted partner to product and UX, you’ll dig into customer behavior, uncover friction points, evaluate A/B tests, and surface insights that shape product priorities and improve the customer journey. You’ll also work closely with our central Business Intelligence team to align data sources and ensure analytical consistency across the organization.
This is a high-impact, insight-driven role for someone who’s excited to influence product decisions with data and improve real-world outcomes for customers.
This position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.

Serve as the data partner to product and UX, bringing analytical clarity to strategy and executionCollaborate with CX, engineering, and marketing to synthesize data from across the customer journeyParticipate in defining tagging plans and QA processes to support new feature trackingQualifications:
5+ years of experience in product, digital, or eCommerce analyticsStrong SQL skills and experience working with event-based or behavioral dataProficient in analytics tools such as Quantum Metric, GA4, GTM, and BigQuery—or similar platformsExcellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into compelling storiesComfortable working independently on open-ended problems with a strong sense of ownershipBonus: Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and/or post-purchase journey analysisFull-time store positions at GameStop are also eligible to participate in incentive programs, health benefits, paid time off, 401 (k), employee discount and a casual work environment.
