Job Description

Reporting to our VP Retail Media, as Senior Retail Media Manager, you will be an important contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts. Success in this position requires organization, the ability to function within a global team environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

You will manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks ( Amazon)You will work in US Timezone(EST Hours)Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgetsIndependently complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimising, and reportingHelp create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insightsInterface with clients through written, phone, and in person communicationCollaborate with our teams to achieve campaign goalsStay up to date with new tools, trends, and best practices

Qualifications4+ years of experience working in retail media in an agency settingKnowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad ConsoleExperience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI or PacvueExperience managing complex retail media budgetsAdvanced Excel (can perform complex functions) /Google Sheets experience.Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.Creative Problem Solving - You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.Adaptability - You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
