**Job Summary**
The Senior Division Order Tech is a detail oriented and highly organized clerical professional with a strong focus on time management and customer service. This senior level position is responsible for performing clerical, data entry, and research functions that ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of record title ownership for the producing properties of Continental Resources.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Serves as initial point of contact between interest owners and the department.
+ Researches and responds to phone calls, emails and written inquiries from interest owners in a timely manner.
+ Manages owner relations tickets by addressing or escalating tickets within departmental guidelines.
+ Processes incoming mail and returned Division Orders accurately and timely.
+ Initiates pay code changes within SAP.
+ Supports division order analysts through intermediate level technical and maintenance tasks.
+ Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**
+ High School diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
+ A fundamental understanding of Division Order and Land concepts.
+ An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in Microsoft Office.
**Physical Requirements and Working Conditions**
+ Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
+ Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
+ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
