Job Description

Robert Bosch Power Tool Kft. is looking for a Senior Distribution Coordinator to strengthen its team in newly established Eastern-European Distribution Center (EEDC) in Miskolc, Hungary.

Tasks:

Single point of contact to customers and sales back-office, communication node between customer and distribution centerDaily alignment of regular demand and specific requirements with customers and distribution managersDemand planning for daily warehouse operation, ensuring proper information and accurate order fulfillmentDaily alignment with transport management, delivery appointment booking in partner’s systemsClaim management, addressing and resolving issues arisen during fulfillment process, documentation and reportingManagement of related KPIs, data-analysis and reportingParticipation in process-improvement projects to identify opportunities and reduce expensesMonitoring costs and verification of service fulfillment invoices

QualificationsBSc in economics, business administration, finance or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in various areas of supply chain, particularly in customer relationship management, distribution coordination, logistics-project managementExcellent communication and organization skills, proactive mindsetTeam-player and motivation to coordinate warehouse operation to reach expected customer satisfaction levelProcess oriented thinking and structured, precise working attitudeActive English and Hungarian language proficiency (written and oral)Knowledge of ERP systems (esp. SAP S4HANA EWM) is an advantage
