Knowledge & Experience Required

Deep knowledge of software engineering principles, including architecture, coding standards, quality assurance, and governance, with a proven track record of delivering complex, scalable software projects.Substantial experience leading diverse technical teams, mentoring senior engineers, and working cross-functionally to align technical strategies with business goals.Expertise in establishing design principles, technical directives, and governance practices while promoting innovation, software reuse, and compliance with industry standards.Proven ability to implement quality assurance practices, drive continuous improvement, manage organisational change, and mitigate risks effectively.
