About the Role

The Senior Director Sales Systems and Tools will lead the strategic direction, development, and implementation of sales systems and tools, as well as the analysis and utilization of sales data to drive business growth.

This role is critical in optimizing sales operations, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for sales systems, tools, and insights that aligns with the organization's sales goals and objectives.

Overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of sales systems, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth.

Leading initiatives to streamline and improve sales processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in close collaboration with the Center of Excellence

Creating sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team and leadership, driving data-driven decision-making.

Building and managing a high-performing team of professionals in sales systems, processes, and insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and other departments, to ensure alignment and integration of sales systems and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales systems, processes, and data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Ideally certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or ITIL are a plus.
