Our position sensors ensure nanometer-level precision in the most precise and extreme environments. **The electrification of the world** , coupled with the need for decarbonization, is also driving the demand for efficient motion control. We support this with our motion sensing product portfolio and industrial components that connect energy sources to the grid. Additionally, the evolution of **smart cities** and ongoing urbanization trends are driving demand for some of our component businesses. For example, Hengstler-Dynapar printers are used in smart parcel lockers and public transportation applications across the globe. Finally, our global footprint, with operations in North America, EMEA, Latin America, and China, is crucial to support the **nearshoring** strategies of our customers. With these underlying growth trends in our focused markets, our global presence, and our strong team, we are confident that Hengstler-Dynapar can deliver consistent core growth in the coming years. **Job Summary** The **Senior Director RBS Growth** will lead the integration and execution of Ralliant Business System (RBS) across Hengstler-Dynapar to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business growth. You will work cross-functionally to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact business improvements through a structured Kaizen approach, embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all levels. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and transform business operations and impact growth at Hengstler-Dynapar, leveraging Ralliants’s world-class business system to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence globally. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead RBS Growth initiatives, managing a pipeline of improvement opportunities and driving measurable business impact. + Partner with leadership to embed RBS tools in business processes, optimizing efficiency and productivity. + Oversee and facilitate Kaizen events, ensuring execution and sustainment of improvements. + Develop and execute an RBS Champion Plan, ensuring strong expertise across the organization. + Design and implement an RBS curriculum to build organizational capability in lean principles. + Extend RBS principles to external partners and vendors to enhance business outcomes. **Your Profile:** You are a proven leader with a strong continuous improvement mindset and a track record of delivering measurable business impact. + 15+ years of experience leading Lean/Six Sigma, Operations, and Continuous Improvement in industrial or technology-driven environments. + Strong business and financial acumen, with enterprise-wide strategic thinking. + Experience driving large-scale change initiatives with measurable success. + Expertise in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and change management. + Global mindset with a history of working acrossmultiple cultural and geographic boundaries. + Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on building followership and lead through others. + MBA preferred. **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
