Job Summary
The Senior Director, Project Management provides strategic leadership and oversight for complex, cross-functional projects that support organizational goals and healthcare initiatives. This role is responsible for the full project lifecycle - from concept through execution and post-implementation review - ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise priorities. The Senior Director partners with executive leadership, corporate departments, and hospital teams to develop actionable plans, allocate resources, and evaluate success metrics. This role aligns project execution with strategic objectives while fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field required Master's Degree preferred More than 10 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a healthcare setting required Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level projects involving multiple disciplines and stakeholders requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data visualization tools. Ability to interpret financial and operational data to inform decision-making. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and risk mitigation. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
