The Senior Director, Partner Marketing North America, is responsible for accelerating revenue growth by building and leading a high-performing team developing, driving, and measuring strategic marketing plans and central initiatives with partners across the US and Canada.
The role holder performs as a senior member of the extended partner sales team and ensures alignment and interlock with all NA marketing teams to create an integrated plan across all channels (i.e. direct, indirect and customer).
The Senior Director reports to the Vice President Global Partner Marketing and has a matrixed accountability into the Performance Marketing VP NA to deliver on the overall regional goals.
Experience & Skills
- 12+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior partner/channel marketing leadership role, building sell-to /sell-through /sell-with relationships with VARs.

Regional Partner Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a North America partner marketing strategy, aligning with global objectives and regional business goals to drive value and volume through partner-led demand generation and to-partner engagement
- Oversee partner-led demand generation, leveraging insights to improve pipeline growth and revenue impact
- Develop sustainable strategies to expand and build our partner marketing craft by identifying opportunities to develop central initiatives that drive growth in a programmatic and scalable way.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
