This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and enabling agility across the organization. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a best-in-class systems infrastructure that supports business operations, asset management, and financial governance. **Location** This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. **The Main Responsibilities** + Design and deploy scalable, integrated systems that support business operations and strategic planning. + Establish a single source of truth for roadmaps and STEPN (Strategic, Tactical, Execution, Planning, and Navigation) frameworks. + Oversee the lifecycle management of software, capital, and physical assets across the organization. + Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization of asset utilization. + Partner with Finance for budget planning, forecasting, and tracking STEPN-wide budgets. + Manage third-party SOWs (Statements of Work), ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met. + Oversee software licensing, renewals, and compliance across the enterprise. + Continuously evaluate and improve tooling to reduce manual workarounds and eliminate outdated systems. + Foster successful stakeholder relationships with Technology and Product stakeholders by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring operational excellence + Build and lead a high-performing IT operations team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. + Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and engagement. **What We Look For in a Candidate** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred + 12+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or strategic initiatives, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. + 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a technology-driven organization. + Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational excellence. + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. + Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. + Proven experience implementing enterprise-level operational systems and tools. **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $171,447 - $228,596 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $180,020 - $240,026 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $188,592 - $251,456 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
