We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing – AI Business Solutions team leader to lead our Product Led Growth (PLG) and Direct-to-Customer efforts to drive growth via commercial revenue and usage for our AI Business Solutions organization. In this role, you will be a people manager with a proven record of managing high-performance teams, fostering collaboration, nurturing talent and embodying Microsoft’s culture and values. In this role, you will lead by example and be a player-coach that delivers success through collaboration, empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.  

Job Location: The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other locations where this role may be based. Candidates who do not reside in one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond.    

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.
