Position Summary: The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a strategic, patient-focused, and relationship-driven Senior Director of Franchise Operations to lead operational consistency, drive best-in-class clinic performance, and support our Regional Developers (RDs) and franchisees across the country. Reporting to the SVP of Franchise Operations, this role will play a critical part in standardizing processes, improving the patient and franchisee experience, and aligning field operations with our business goals and brand values. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic foresight and tactical execution, with a passion for innovation, team development, and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence and Consistency + Champion the consistent execution of operational standards across all clinics, ensuring high-quality, compliant patient care. + Implement and oversee clinic performance metrics (CER, patient care feedback, audit results) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. + Support field leaders (BSCs and RDs) in achieving operational excellence through accountability and clear expectations. Franchisee, RD, and Clinic Support + Provide coaching, operational guidance, and strategic support to strengthen franchisee and RD capabilities. + Build trust-based relationships with franchisees, RDs, and field leaders to foster alignment with company goals and enhance patient satisfaction. + Identify and execute opportunities to improve clinic performance, franchisee engagement, and expansion initiatives. Operational and Brand Standards + Conduct regular field visits (approximately 3 weeks/month, 3 days/week) to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency. + Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Chiropractic, IT, HR, and Finance to uphold brand standards and patient experience. + Deliver clear written follow-up and communication to franchisees and RDs outlining successes and growth opportunities from clinic visits. Financial Oversight and P&L Management + Drive performance by meeting or exceeding financial metrics, including promotional targets, conversion rates, and clinic revenue growth across franchise and RD portfolios. + Analyze clinic trends and performance data to inform decision-making, prioritize support efforts, and address underperformance. + Guide franchisees and RDs in strategies to improve unit economics and long-term business success. Culture, Management & Leadership + Build and lead a high-performing Operations team rooted in trust, collaboration, and accountability. + Conduct regular 1:1s, provide timely feedback, and use company tools to recognize and reward contributions. + Support the growth and development of team members through clear career planning and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. + 8–10+ years of multi-unit operations leadership within a franchise or retail environment. + Proven ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and lead large, dispersed teams. + Deep understanding of operational KPIs, compliance, and P&L management. + Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. + Demonstrated ability to implement standardization, drive results, and manage change in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to travel frequently and maintain an active presence in the field (majority of the month) Compensation: + Salary: $150k - $170k, DOE, plus a short-term and a long-term incentive program + Medical, Dental, Vision + 401k w/company match + PTO Accrual  When not traveling, this role follows a hybrid schedule and will require an in-office presence at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters at least three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
