Senior Director of Customer Service UK
Responsibilities Make an impact

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the UK Customer Service department. You will be part of the the EMEA Customer Service management team and will take ownership in developing and executing the Head of Customer Service role within the UK. You will have profit and loss responsibility with the authority and scope to make decisions.   This position will be responsible for generating and executing an approved business plan to ensure a healthy growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and growth of the department by observing the market and identifying future prospects whilst maintaining excellent customer support to our existing client base.   You will be responsible for setting and achieving budgets and, forecasts to ensure competitive cost levels are maintained.   Responsible for over 150 employees across multiple functions, such as Field Service, System Operations (residential teams), Controls Service and Software.. You are a team player and work closely together different parts of Swisslog, like Operations and Sales ensuring the best possible customer experience. Application Requirements What you need to succeed All applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of dealing with high level Employee Relation topics.   All applicants must be excellent face-to-face communicators and able to demonstrate success and experience in managing a growing service operations, including large contracts and particularly achieving genuine development of our customer relationships.   The successful applicant must be self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. You must be professional, credible, and comfortable in dealing with our customer’s Senior Executives.   All of this must be complemented by the following:▪ Technical degree qualified or equivalent▪ 5+ years managerial experience in a technical environment, preferably service▪ Proven track record of successfully running large customer contracts and operations with commercial acumen▪ Demonstrated competence in developing and growing departments and individual colleagues
