As a Senior Director AI Programs on the Operational Analytics & Insights team, you’ll lead the following functions: AI program management, executive stakeholder relationships and labs. You’ll work with OAI leadership and Operations executives to design/enhance new AI, analytics, speech analytics, CX and other programs. You will be expected to work across a large breadth of business leaders encompassing 16+ LOBs spanning across 25,000 employees to deliver value-added capabilities in a timely manner.

Define and deliver product usage reporting including metrics definition, data visualizations, and extract, transform, and load (ETL) requirementsPrototype & Pilot DeliveryScope, plan, and execute pilots within the Lab teamMaintain a backlog of use‑case ideas in partnership with CSMs, Engineers, and Sr. managementEvaluate design & provide analytics against the designsCreate success metrics (i.e. conversion lift, handle‑time reduction, etc)Run controlled A/B and multivariate tests; produce statistically valid insights and executive‑ready readoutsLab Operations & GovernanceStakeholder EngagementPresent pilot outcomes and scale recommendations to executive leadersFacilitate ideation workshops with frontline supervisors to translate pain points into testable hypothesesCoordinate hand‑offs to Product, IT, and Operations for scaleWork with the technical and leadership team to ensure all individual projects are appropriately supported and completed on timeEnsure proper software development life cycle is leveraged for all projectsIf you have exceptional relationship management skills, prior experience leading speech analytics programs, a good understanding of AI capabilities, strong analytics skills, in-depth business acumen and a sense of urgency to achieve results, this could be the role for you.

Experience: Implementation of reporting and/or advanced analytics and/or big data analysis: 10+ years; Leadership experience, with expertise in reporting and analysis: 10+ years; Telecommunication industry leadership experience: 10+ years; Experience in a customer facing products/services environment: 7+ years; Experience working within a data platform/data analysis environment: 7+ years; Managing complex projects: 10+ years; Experience leading teams of data analysts and data scientistsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or relevant experienceSkills: Expert skills with SQL; Expert understanding of design and implementation practices in Tableau desktop and server; Expert knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles; Advanced communication skills including the ability to communicate and present complex technical concepts to all levelsAbilities: Expert ability to analyze, interpret, and present data; Expert ability to manage complex and diverse projects simultaneously; Manage development within a variety of technology stacks; Adapt, learn, and continue to expand cable and IP product system knowledge; Make decisions and solve problems under pressure; Supervise and motivate othersPreferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position generally is between $155,600.00 and $275,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
