As **Senior Director of Marketing Microbiome Health** , you’ll be the **architect of growth** and the **voice of the consumer** for powerhouse brands— **Culturelle®** and **Lacteol® Diarrhease.** You will lead a team responsible for the category P&L, set strategic direction for your brands and drive execution of full funnel activation, including digital and social platforms.
We are hiring Senior Director Marketing for our Microbiome brands. You will own the full business lifecycle —holding accountability for top-line momentum and bottom-line impact. With every campaign, every product, and every consumer interaction, you’ll have the opportunity to influence culture, fuel growth in the category, and create lasting value for both the brand and the business.
This is a highly influential leadership role shaping the strategic vision and commercial discipline for our Culturelle® probiotic and Lacteol® Diarrhease postbiotic brands. You will lead and inspire a marketing and broader cross-functional category team in setting ambitions for our brands and delivering breakthrough results through creative and innovative approaches.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Leadership & Business Planning**
+ Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, consumer insights, and market and competitive dynamics.
+ Drive portfolio strategy including brand positioning, pricing, and channel strategy to optimize performance across all product lines.
**P&L Management**
+ Own end-to-end responsibility for the brand(s) P&L.
+ Partner with finance, operations, customer marketing and sales to ensure revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets are met or exceeded.
**Innovation & Portfolio Growth**
+ Partner with Innovation team to ensure alignment of new product pipeline with consumer needs and brand objectives.
+ Partner with Innovation and Customer Marketing teams to manage portfolio lifecycle including renovation, SKU rationalization, and new product development.
**Consumer & Market Insights**
+ Champion a consumer-first mindset by leveraging data, trends, and insights to shape strategy and execution.
+ Utilize syndicated data, market research, and digital analytics to assess performance and inform decisions.
_This position is eligible for the dsm_ _-firmenich_ _Hybrid Working model, spending 3 days per week in office and the balance of the work week in a home office that is commutable by car to Shelton, CT_

**You Bring:**
+ Minimum 15 years of CPG marketing/commercial experience required plus minimum 5 years in leadership role leading direct and cross-functional teams required
+ P&L Ownership and direct management of marketing budget and investments required
+ Collaborative, inspirational leadership style up for setting ambitious goals and galvanizing cross-functional and agency teams to execute with excellence along with excellent communication skills to inform and influence up and across an organization
+ Experience with legacy brands revitalization or start-up brands
+ Demonstrated ability to shape brand direction and execution in-market with evolving consumer needs, competitive and cultural context. Ownership of digital and social activation a plus
+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
