Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for the development and execution of category strategies, strategic sourcing process, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship activities involving the sourcing of Global Workplace and Security related products and services. The role provides consultative services to stakeholders’ departments and provides input to strategy and policy guidelines to ensure cost effective flow of product and services both internally and externally. The position leads the relationship with selected suppliers to get the best conditions, govern risk management, and find new alternatives for sustainability and other key innovation and business objectives. The role is an acknowledged expert both within and outside of the organization. The position is accountable for value creation budget, project management, supply risk management, policy recommendations, and medium-term planning working with the My Workplace and Corporate Security teams.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
This role is strategically focused on determining and implementing the correct category strategy and sourcing strategies for multiple global categories by utilizing the marketplace to support future business requirements. In addition, the role must create and implement the optimal negotiation strategy to finalize complex agreements with suppliers to meet our business and legal requirements. The key goals are to deliver value and manage risk with the ideal supply solutions for each category.Build alignment with internal stakeholder groups concerning sourcing strategies and procurement process for products & services to identify business needs and to ensure compliance with operational standards.Influence, persuade, and motivate key stakeholders (e.g. senior management of the Coca-Cola Company, Business Unit Stakeholders, Bottlers, Suppliers) to implement the global & regional category strategies by clearly demonstrating the value and linkage to their business plan goals and objectives.Lead Supplier Relationship Management partnerships with global suppliers that generate business specific objectives, address critical supply issues, and execute against objectives to generate shared value between organizations.Manage situations where the other party (internal) has shared interested as well as another party (supplier) will have some conflicting interest leading the need to negotiate with the other party.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Related Work Experience:
Minimum 10 - 15 plus years in procurement or sourcing experience with category management responsibility.Preferred experience in Global Workplace services procurementPreferred experience and understanding of the Coca-Cola system including bottler relationships

Pay Range:
$162,000 - $188,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
