Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

 

Participates in the development of strategic information technology plans, processes and solutions.Directs development and reporting of performance metrics and direct actions.Coordinates and drives business relationships with key internal partners and significant external
partners.Develops budget plans that support both long-term and short-term objectives.Maintains project controls that accurately reflect completed work against project plans, schedules and
budgets. Ensures user/management involvement at appropriate milestones.Applies expertise in project management methodologies, tools and techniques. Works independently within
technical area, applying in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies, as appropriate.

Portfolio & Strategy:

 

10+ years of operational leadership experience including scaling technology solutions, building program strategy and financial processDeep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and its unique operational demandsDemonstrated ability to lead diverse functional teams and build processesStrong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational KPI’sAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure regulated environment.Exceptional organizational leadership skills for use in interaction with teams, stakeholders and executive leadershipBachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
