DHL Express Global Network OperationsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Global Customers Operations Group as a Senior Director e-Commerce Programs. This role supports the DHL Express FOCUS 2030 strategy, including strategic E-Commerce customer relationships and industry programs/projects.
This role will ideally be based out from Singapore or Brussels.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver world-class e-Commerce customer support with enhanced solutions and services.
Oversee compliance sign-offs, network preparation, and UAT testing for new solutions, ensuring smooth transitions to steady state management.
Analyze recurring customer requirements to drive service enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business requirements and conceptualize solutions.
Manage the technical project brief analysis and support the sign-off of detailed solution designs.
Lead user acceptance testing plans and execution across multiple regions.
Strengthen relationships with senior customer operational decision-makers.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with commercial stakeholders.
Do you have what it takes?A university degree or equivalent industry experience.
At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in management roles within network operations, customer service, or commercial sectors.
Familiarity with DHL Express Network Operations is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A customer-centric approach with a proactive mindset and drive for achievement.
Exceptional business acumen and attention to quality.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong cross-cultural and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as business needs arise.
