Duties: * The Senior Director Corporate Controller will oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions * Ensures accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS and company policies * Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts * Develop and maintain internal controls * Lead and mentor and develop the accounting team * Serve as primary contact for external auditors during annual audits * Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management * Take charge accounting systems and tools driving enhancements to improve report and operational efficiency * The Senior Director Corporate Controller will work closely with other departments, finance, operations and legal to support organizational goals and objectives * Stay up to date with new accounting applications and best practices
