Manage multiple complex client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact, understanding their needs and providing solutions through Oracle’s products or services. Build and maintain relationships at all levels and strategic partnerships with executive leadership across the client organization. Oversee all strategy and business development engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging and quality of interaction. Responsible for sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursing new business opportunities that align to their needs. Serve as the escalation point and facilitate resolution of issues requiring executive attention
