Position Overview
As a Sr Director Business Development- Sine here at\nHoneywell, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our\nSine business through strategic partnerships and new market opportunities. You\nwill play a key role in identifying and pursuing potential business\nopportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, and building strong\nrelationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in business development and\nmarket analysis will be instrumental in driving the success of our organization.\nYou will report directly to our VPGM, Software and Services and you'll work out\nof our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will\nhave a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization. You\nwill be responsible for identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, conducting\nmarket research and analysis, and developing strategic plans to drive business\ngrowth. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong\nrelationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and\nindustry influencers. Your ability to identify and pursue potential business\nopportunities, negotiate and close deals, and drive the execution of growth\nstrategies will be critical to our success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential business partnershipsDevelop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansionBuild and maintain strong relationships withNegotiate and close business deals to drive revenue growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of growth strategiesMonitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developmentsStay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business developmentConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needsBuild collaborative partnerships with Regional VPs, aligning teams in focused verticals and target accounts.Identify opportunities to streamline lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes to ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Customer Success, and Offering Management.Provide regular performance updates and reports to leadership, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Work closely with the VPGM, Global Software and Services to ensure alignment and integration of business development efforts with overall GTM objectivesServe as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other members in the Commercial team to facilitate communication and collaboration. Foster and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, the greater sales function, marketing teams, and industry influencers ensuring alignment, coordinating strategies, and sharing insights.
