If you're passionate about driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and making data-driven decisions, this is your chance to build something amazing! **Core Responsibilities** + Lead the finished goods demand planning process across the mid-term operational to long-term strategic horizon, supporting the needs of the LEGO Group, consumers, and customers. This includes overseeing processes, systems, people, and organizational capabilities while shaping the strategic vision. + Actively lead, provide input, and participate in global sales and operations planning processes, leveraging data and insights to drive business decisions and deliver a great commercial outcome. + Drive continuous improvement by optimizing demand planning architecture to enhance forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, decision-making, and customer service. + Build influence and foster collaborative, effective relationships with key partners in the Americas and globally. + Lead, develop, and inspire a team of demand planning professionals–supporting a high-performance culture and providing coaching and professional development. + Ensure demand planning aligns with strategic business objectives, underpinning both the company's short- and long-term goals. + Monitor and action insights from forecast accuracy metrics and operational key performance indicators. **Play your part in our team succeeding** This is a senior-level role, leading the demand planning process in a very dynamic, exciting Americas business environment. It has a regional and global scope and is a key leader within the Global Commercial Operations leadership team. This opportunity offers a strong platform for leaders to further develop their team and elevate their own leadership by contributing to both strategic and operational priorities. Focus expected on building demand planning capabilities to improve our data, processes, and systems to enable and drive insights and dialogue towards strategic and tactical decisions. **Do you have what it takes?** + Held a leadership role in demand planning. Extensive experience in demand planning, forecasting, and operations, particularly within a large organization. + Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and align demand plans to overall business strategy. + Skilled at both verbal and written communication. + Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing and inclusive teams. + Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. + Analytical, motivated, and detail-oriented. + High degree of curiosity and demonstrated capability to navigate change. + Experience driving innovation in forecasting to improve accuracy and efficiency. + Experience working in CPG operations and commercial/demand planning functions. + Advanced studies in supply chain management, including APICS certifications. + Demand planning system implementation. **Compensation** The salary for this position has a range of $196,229.00 - $294,343.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
