Senior Director ACH Compliance

If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. **Job Title** Senior Director ACH Compliance **What does a successful ACH Compliance Director do?** The ACH Compliance Director leads efforts to champion the execution of Fiserv's ACH compliance program and framework elements across all US businesses, including but not limited to governance, issue management, rule change management, audit and risk assessments, and training. This role requires a deep understanding of the Nacha Operating Rules and Guidelines and applies them across all Fiserv business unit activities related to ACH operations. The Director must respond timely to requests for interpretation of ACH Network Rules impacting business operations, new initiatives, and product changes that may present risk to Fiserv. This role involves interacting with people at all levels across the enterprise to provide oversight and escalation for ACH-related issues, determine the applicability of existing and upcoming Nacha Rules, and provide business support for Rule requirements pertaining to varying use cases. Building and maintaining strong business relationships is key to prioritizing ACH initiatives and issues effectively. **What you will do:** + Provide oversight, analysis, and support for interpreting Nacha Rules. + Coordinate and monitor applicability of upcoming Nacha Rule changes across the organization for impact and gap analysis. + Facilitate the process of annual ACH audits and risk assessments for applicable areas of Fiserv to ensure timely completion. + Formally document ACH Program processes and procedures and effectively communicate expectations across the organization, including ownership of Fiserv's Global ACH Policy and related ACH training for associates. + Lead governance meetings with product owners, compliance, and risk teams to ensure collective understanding of Nacha Rules applicable to initiatives, products, processing, and issues. + Guide the business through appropriate ACH/Nacha change management, keep a close watch on regulatory developments in ACH, and act as a strong advocate and champion for the ACH program throughout the organization. **What you will need to have:** + AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) or APRP (Accredited Payments Risk Professional) certification. + 8+ years of experience in NACHA/ACH. + Experience working in payments businesses. + Ability to earn critical points of contact in a complex organization. + Manage multiple deliverables across multiple ACH-related initiatives. + Maintain strong organizational and communication skills. + Communicate with executive leadership while maintaining organizational awareness. + Lead meetings with a diverse group of senior leaders. **What would be great to have:** + Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification (CRCM) or Juris Doctor (JD). **Important information about this role:** + This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
