We are seeking a Senior Director to support and drive business growth in the International Growth & Transformation Office.
This role will focus on the Planning and Execution of Growth Strategy for International Business
- Central Support (Americas)
Key Accountabilities:
Application planning and implementation supports of HQ measures(Uvance/rate card, etc.) based on understanding actual situations of the country Supporters of the Countries identifying the essential challenges for international business growth by way of observing actual situations and retrieving struggle factors as root causes.
Qualifications:
15+ years experience in IT industry Demonstrated track record of working with internal executive leadership and corporate strategy departments and business departments, as well as collaborating with external companies. A passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal), and influence cross-functionally Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills, and ability to persuade Current industry knowledge and experience selling IT Services & Solutions Self-starter with effective cold calling skills; familiarity with sales tools such as Saleforce.com; willing and able to travel
