Senior Director – Sales Enablement

Your Role at Delta Faucet

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Director – Sales Enablement to lead the integration of analytics, customer relationship management and customer programs into our sales operations. This role will drive performance insights, optimize the customer journey, and enhance sales productivity through implementation of CRM systems and data analysis. You will work cross[1]functionally with sales, marketing, finance and IT to align CRM strategies, analytics tools and customer programs with business goals.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies that align with business objectives.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to set revenue goals and forecast sales performance.

• Lead, coach, and support sales teams using analytics insights and CRM tools to drive results.

Analytics & Performance Insights

• Define KPIs and build dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, team performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Leverage advanced analytics (segmentation, forecasting, modeling) to drive strategic decisions and influence product roadmap, pricing, and channel selling strategy.

CRM Management & Optimization

• Own the CRM strategy and system roadmap (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or other platforms).

• Ensure CRM data accuracy, user adoption, and continuous system improvements.

• Partner with IT and vendors to implement integrations and automation that enhance sales processes and increase data capture.

Customer Program Management & Quote Desk

• Own our overall customer program strategy and ensure that our programs are aligned to our strategy and support realizing our full potential in Trade.

• Execute our customer programs in a timely manner and communicate performance to maximize attainment to goals.

• Manage our quote desk process to ensure timely execution and achievement of segment sales goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Align with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer lifecycle strategy.

• Work closely with finance and operations to support accurate forecasting and territory planning.

• Champion best practices and training across departments to improve CRM utilization and data literacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in business leadership, with strong exposure to CRM management and sales analytics.

• Proven track record of using data and CRM systems to drive sales performance.

• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).

• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of technology.

Hiring Range: $138,400.00 - $217,360.00
