What the day will look like + Servicing existing clients, increasing client intimacy and driving new reinsurance opportunities + Executing strategic initiatives to achieve targeted growth + Effectively manage resources to deliver distinctive client value to promote Aon reinsurance business opportunities within clients and markets + Driving the best of Aon United to explore opportunities in Greater China + Ensure robust client plans are in place for all medium to large existing and potential clients responsible + Engaging with client prospects and reinsurers at senior and middle management level Skills and experience that will lead to success + Minimum 10 years’ broking experience in reinsurance industry + Excellent network in insurance and reinsurance market + Excellent business insight, strategic mindset and people leadership experience + Experience with reinsurance treaties including thorough knowledge of Hong Kong market, including market operation, clients, tax, regulatory, unique coverage / issues etc + Able to independently deal with internal and external stakeholders. + Excellent networking and relationship skills. + Excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills. + A mature self-starter.
