THE ROLE
The Senior Director of Technology Infrastructure and Operations has overall responsibility at Legends for the ongoing operations and integrity of Legends technology platform. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the successful candidate will lead a team providing operational support to Legends | ASM Global users and ensures availability, stability and scalability of business systems and platforms. Under this role you will manage, support, and maintain the company’s hardware platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization’s technology infrastructure supports its overall mission and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the long-term vision for infrastructure and operations aligned with Legends’ business goals.Lead enterprise-wide initiatives for modernization, scalability, and resilience of technology platforms.Infrastructure Management
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of core IT infrastructure including data centers, cloud environments, networks, and storage.Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure systems.Operational Excellence
Manage day-to-day IT operations including incident response, service delivery, and system monitoring.Implement ITIL or similar frameworks to standardize processes and improve service levels.Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and operations staff.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Vendor & Budget Management
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.Develop and oversee budgets for infrastructure and operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions.Cybersecurity & Compliance
Collaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure meets compliance and cybersecurity standards.Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with application development, data, and business teams to support technology needs.Act as a key stakeholder in enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends | ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
