Senior Director, Technical Operation and Commercialization, Aseptic JP
**What You'll Do for Us** Key focus areas and responsibilities: + Influence JP aseptic products innovation agenda, align initiatives across Operating Units (OUs) functions, and bottlers, and manage their implementation through effective team leadership. Lead the seamless execution and commercialization of the OU innovation plans working directly with GDI, marketing, the bottling partners, CPS, suppliers, other OU functions, validate commercial viability, improving existing products, discovering cost-efficient manufacturing methods, and executing the innovation on market cost effectively. + Serve as the single point of contact representing Technical Innovation & Supply Chain and GDI for new product commercialization. Act as the Senior TISC representative for technical functions towards bottlers and related functions to implement strategies and improve business performance. + Contribute to developing SC contingency plans and BCPs at the country or market level, + Act as primary OU technical contact for the bottling partners in relation to troubleshooting, cross-functional corrective action plans and IMCR immediate actions + Support the CIF (Stage & Gate) process, including technical validation, capacity validation and validating business cases for new products. + Define technical requirements and success criteria for projects. + Conduct portfolio assessments and harmonization of brands and SKUs and proactively propose recommendations and solutions. + Drive digital transformation in TOC. + Lead and/or support Technical Due Diligence in M&A projects as required. Leadership: + Lead a team of 4 that covers innovation initiatives for products and packaging. Manage approximately 100-120 innovation initiatives per year. + Lead the transformational change in the TOC JP and TISC, creating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and embracing future technologies. Ensure bottlers have capability to deliver future innovation. + Foster a culture of experimentation within the organization, manage the budget effectively, and ensure strategic initiative alignment with our overall goals and business plans. + Create inclusive culture and actively develop associates in both technical and leadership competencies + Demonstrated communication skills and stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate with different audiences + Demonstrated leaning agility **Qualifications & Requirements** + At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Commercialization. + Technical competencies: understanding of product development process, knowledge of supply chain and COGS, Familiarity with Japanese Food Hygiene Law and regulatory issues related to packaging and equipment, including local food laws, ingredient regulations, and labeling requirements, familiarity of bottling process + Digital knowledge skills (Advanced knowledge preferred) of digital tools, AI and ML. + Strong people management and communication skills. + Demonstrated growth behaviors and mindset. **What We Can Do for You:** + **Leadership Development:** Our Company's purpose clearly speaks to the importance of leadership.
