You’ll ensure there is an efficient and effective framework for seamless team collaboration, communication and documentation across delivery, strategy, and 3rd party teams and that initiatives have a consistent approach and methodology in measuring project health, risk, capacity, and outcomes.

Employee Service Savant. You can evaluate the gaps and pain points in a process or experience and rally a team towards resolving it. You’ll go the extra mile to implement solutions that solve user needs in the long term and create the necessary structures, communications, and escalation paths that proactively improve the employee experience with our products.

Team Connector and Coach. As the leader of more than 13 multi-regional Project & Program managers and Operations Consultants, you will motivate your team and provide them with the necessary resources and experiences to improve their skills and Thrive.

Business Strategist. To drive great experiences, we need the infrastructure to meet our people where they are. Your expertise in budgeting, prioritization, and both agile and waterfall development will be leveraged in the on-going execution of our annual business plans and routines. You will regularly interact with senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
