**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficient, reliable, and cost-effective operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can optimize supply chain processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business goals while saving costs over the long-range financial plan. The Senior Director of Supply Chain will manage a team and work closely with internal departments and external partners to enhance operational performance, drive continuous improvement and deliver sustainable growth. The Senior Director of Supply Chain will be responsibility for seamless collaboration (internal / external) to resolve operational and technical issues, and execute key projects, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and mitigating slob. The Senior Director will manage a dynamic team responsible for operations, technical and project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Program Management & Project Execution:** Lead end-to-end management of supply chain initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. Establish KPIs to monitor supply chain performance, analyze data for insights, and report on operational health to senior leadership.
+ **Cross-Functional Partnering:** Collaborate effectively with R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams to solve complex issues and streamline operations.
+ **Supplier Partnership & Issue Resolution:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, proactively addressing risks and resolving supply disruptions swiftly.
+ **Process Optimization, Innovation & Dual Source:** Implement best practices, lean methodologies, and technology solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and implement dual sourcing strategies to minimize risks and enhance supply chain resilience, thereby improving margins
+ **Risk Management & Compliance:** Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
+ **Inventory & Demand Planning:** Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained to meet business needs while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
+ **Timeline & Delivery Management:** Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial targets.
+ **Financial Impact & Performance:** Drive initiatives that contribute to an accelerated, robust portfolio that delivers best-in-class returns over the LRFP, monitoring progress, costs, and efficiencies. Proactively reduce product costs while maintaining outstanding quality standards. Evaluate and replace direct materials with cost-effective alternatives to optimize production expenses.
+ **Team Leadership & Development:** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately direct team, align with the cross functional team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
**Qualifications:**
+ Collaborative Leader: Foster alignment among team members and stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
+ Project Execution Expertise: Leverage cross-departmental support to successfully implement complex projects. Ensure excellence in Project Management in the execution of projects and provide best practices for entire E2E Supply Chain. Proven ability to manage large teams and complex supplier relationships.
+ Strategic Vision: Advocate for key initiatives, securing resources essential for achieving supply chain goals. Assess future needs and develop and deploy a technical, talent and business strategy to address those needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
+ Matrix Organization Navigation: Navigate effectively within a highly matrixed organization, coordinating across multiple functions.
+ Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and delivering multi-million dollar cost savings.
+ Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or other technical degree.
+ 10+ years medical device manufacturing, quality and/or R&D.
+ 5+ years minimum of people management experience, proven track record of managing and developing extensive teams of direct reports.
+ Experience leading large programs and technical engineering teams is required.
+ Industry experience in Medical Device Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and R&D is preferred.
+ Ability to travel 30% domestic & international

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
173,000-299,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
· The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
