**_This HYBRID role is based in our Reston, Virginia, Headquarters._**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Global Real Estate Strategy**
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive global real estate strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce trends.
+ Oversee the Real Estate function, which leads site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, dispositions, upcoming deadlines, proposes actions, and coordinates with regional facilities leaders.
+ Build relationships with brokers, landlords, and/or external consultants.
+ Oversee lease administration processes, including payments, documents, audits, true ups, tracking critical dates, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation across the global portfolio.
**Facilities & Workplace Operations**
+ Oversee regionally focused teams leading day-to-day operations of all office facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and a high-quality employee experience.
+ Implement best practices in space planning, sustainability, and workplace services to ensure consistency in processes and practices across regions and to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.
+ Oversee the successful build-outs, renovations, and relocations of offices from concept to completion.
+ Oversee Facilities Business Services function providing support services such as mailroom operations, reprographics, vendor management, and office logistics to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
+ Support facility change decisions, moves, new space design, furniture acquisition, close outs, and any space challenges across the portfolio.
**Team Leadership & Collaboration**
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of real estate and facilities professionals across multiple time zones.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
+ Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and communication protocols to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
+ Partner with IT, HR, Legal, and business unit leaders to support hybrid work models and evolving workplace needs.
**Financial** **& Vendor Management**
+ Develop and manage real estate and facilities budgets.
+ Optimize cost-efficiency through strategic sourcing and vendor performance management.
+ Ensure compliance with lease obligations, local regulations, and corporate policies.
**Executive Engagement**
+ Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on real estate and facilities matters.
+ Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
**Basic Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Architecture, or related field.
+ Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate and facilities management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
+ Proven ability to lead complex real estate and facilities portfolios across multiple geographies.
+ Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing, remote teams.
+ Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and project management skills.
+ Deep understanding of workplace trends, sustainability practices, and hybrid work strategies.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master’s degree
+ Experience in a global consulting, professional services, or similarly dynamic environment.
+ Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Investment Member ( **CCIM** ), Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate ( **SLCR** ), Facility Management Professional ( **FMP** ), or **LEED AP** are a plus.

**Pay Range** - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$143,041.00 - $243,170.00
