**About the Role**
As a Senior Program Director with extensive experience in CX CRM, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of complex projects within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure successful project delivery.
**Work Model**

This role does require approximately 50% travel, depending on the candidate’s location. **In this role, you will:**
Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Oversee project teams providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks timelines and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the project teams.
Utilize expertise in IT Consulting to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Leverage Analytics skills to analyze project data and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
Manage project budgets ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
**What you need to have to be considered**
20+ years of experience in program delivery leadership, with direct responsibility for scaling complex, multi-million dollar technology implementations.
A strategic mindset combined with deep executional discipline—you see the big picture and drive the details.
Proven ability to influence senior internal and customer stakeholders with data, clarity, and confidence.
Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where structure is built, not inherited.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
Extensive experience in Salesforce with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong background in IT Consulting with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Proficient in Analytics with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
