ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Director of Product Marketing will serve as the strategic marketing leader for Ascension's digital healthcare portfolio, driving adoption and engagement across our digital products and services. This role bridges the gap between product development and market success, translating complex healthcare technology into compelling value propositions that resonate with patients and providers alike.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy & Positioning
Lead all marketing initiatives for Ascension's digital product ecosystem, serving as the primary marketing partner to the digital product teamDevelop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, positioning frameworks, and messaging hierarchies that align with Ascension's mission and market needsTransform technical product features into compelling, patient- and provider-centered value propositions that drive engagement and adoptionCreate compelling product narratives that communicate our unique value in the healthcare marketplaceIntegrated Marketing Planning & Execution
Orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, trial, usage, and preference for our digital offeringsHarmonize enterprise brand priorities with product adoption goals to ensure message consistency across national and local initiativesPartner with paid media, content, CRM, and creative teams to deploy high-impact campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channelsDevelop customer lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities

Requirements
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.Additional PreferencesQualifications
Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or related field preferred10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in product marketing leadershipDemonstrated success in digital product marketing, preferably in healthcare or related complex service industriesExceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authorityStrong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable marketing strategiesOutstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
