Here, you’ll support solving some of our clients’ biggest challenges and help us grow the business. The Senior Director of Pricing will be pivotal in GDIT’s mission to deliver value-driven solutions to government clients. This leader will shape pricing initiatives and partner with capture teams on highly competitive, multi-billion-dollar procurements. This role is responsible for leading our Intelligence and Homeland Security pricing team and providing expert direction and oversight to ensure winning, compliant, and profitable pricing solutions. This high-profile position involves close collaboration with both division-level and corporate growth leadership and reports to the Vice President of Pricing. **This role will require a hybrid schedule to our Herndon, VA office. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** **:** + Lead the Pricing Organization for GDIT’s Intelligence and Homeland Security (IHS) Division ($2B+ annual revenue) + Interface with executive management and closely collaborate with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal Teams to develop strategic pricing models, resolve issues, drive pricing win strategies, implement actionable solutions, and provide expert guidance + Actively engaged in development of business cases, pricing strategies, competitive assessments, and risk/opportunity analysis for all strategic opportunities + Ownership of business case and financial deal structure presentations to executive leadership for opportunity reviews and approvals + Oversee comprehensive pricing analyses, integrating competitive intelligence and market research to optimize pricing strategies, and support robust business case and risk assessments for large, complex bids, including managed service solutions + Foster collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and objectives + Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance pricing processes and outcomes + Facilitate change by seeking opportunities to transform or improve systems, processes, and model adaptability + Develop and mentor the Intel and Homeland Security pricing team in financial/pricing acumen, leadership, and stewardship that support GDIT’s core values + Ensure all cost submissions are peer-reviewed and quality controlled in accordance with company policy and required government regulations + Work as a member of the senior pricing leadership team to create new pricing strategies, financial models, process improvements and other strategic initiatives designed to improve the capabilities of the pricing functions and assist GDIT in winning profitable business **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: + Bachelor’s Degree plus 10+ years of related experience + Experience in a supervisory or management capacity + Proven ability to lead highly effective pricing organizations that have successfully bid and won all contract types (FP, T&M, CR) + Proven expertise in developing, leading, and winning large, complex solutions-based bids in the Federal Government services market + Experience with the Federal Acquisition lifecycle and how it integrates with business development and capture processes + Deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its impact on opportunity pursuits and proposal evaluation + Strong financial acumen and ability to partner with Business Operations on bid-versus-execution strategies + Understanding of emerging technology trends in the Federal Market and how they impact pricing strategies + Working knowledge of technical and cost estimation processes and the importance of solid estimates in proposed solutions + Demonstrated experience collaborating across functional areas (Ops, BD, Capture, Contracts, Finance, etc.) to deliver competitive, compliant, and profitable bids + Strong ability to build and work in a team environment + Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership across a large business base + Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance + US Citizenship required + Location: Hybrid to Herndon, Virginia office PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Experience in the Intel Community highly desirable + Effective in communicating complex ideas or concepts in a clear, concise, and understandable manner across different levels of the organization **GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:** ​ ● Full-flex work week to own your priorities at work and at home ● 401K with company match ● Comprehensive health and wellness packages ● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career ● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications ● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from ● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays \#GDITpriority The likely salary range for this position is $212,500 - $287,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
